I made the icons myself, I didn't use any url for that!!! I can make you if you'd like just describe what type of icon that you want.

hair color: what you'd want it to say: background color(I'll do my best to make one like you'd like it): skin color: eye color(I'll try my best but I sometimes I can't find the correct color):
